We always knew that someday we would able to gain additional space in the attic of our 2 family home in Dorchester.  The day finally came when we contracted an architect and had what we thought were the greatest plans for the expansion of our attic.  That cost $2,000.  So now we are on our way to seek out a contractor.   We were fortunate enough to contract Mike McGough to do the actual work.  Mike came in and pointed out several potential problems with our "fabulous" plans. 

 

He walked through our attic and envisioned something my wife and I never saw.  We gained more space than we could ever have imagined.  Mike's workers were on time, courteous and would do anything we requested.  

 

So using the "drawings"  in his head Mike delivered the total package to us.  Mike came in ahead of schedule and right on target with the pricing.  There were no surprises to speak of. We were very fortunate and very grateful to Mike and his workers.
